QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We are currently developing our Quality Management System to comply with ISO9001. We are working with our consultants to achieve Quality management & OHS compliance to achieve mid 2014

We have developed a proven QA system to ensure best practice construction processes are followed. Our management team work diligently to guarantee our projects exceed client expectations. The following publications form the basis of our QA system as a minimum requirement. Our aim is to exceed these standards.

OHS COMPLIANCE

We are currently developing our system to achieve certification as an AS4801 compliant builder.  We are working with our professional consultants to have certification by April 2014. We have developed a proven OHS system to ensure best practice site safety procedures are followed. Our staff members are trained in all aspects of health & safety required to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS

LJF Construction director (Lucas Ford) is registered as a Commercial Builder & Domestic Builder with the Building Commission.

 

Our project management staff, have proven experience in the construction industry and work with our site managers to ensure successful project delivery

We employ site labourers and qualified diligent carpenters directly

 

All of our staff, continue to develop their skills via ongoing training
